Hi Yvonne...We help to save homes from foreclosure.  So many people are losing their homes to foreclosure these days, and there are many in the industry that really don't know what to do with them.  Loss Mitigation is a term that is very misunderstood.  Lots of Real Estate Professionals don't want to get involved in loss mitigation because it can involve a lot of work, but we have streamlined the procedure so that Realtors and Loan Officers can now help homeowners without spending hours upon hours in the process.

We qualify a homeowner, take an application, and turn everything over to the experts in our corporate offices who specialize in negotiating on behalf of the homeowner.  Realtors & LO's who join us in the battle to save homes only need to spend 30-60 minutes with the homeowner, and this can be done by phone...our office is the entire nation.  Of those homeowners who qualify for our services, we are able to help 98%.  We help to save homes, and get paid well for doing it.  An hour of our time can be worth $350-$2000 to those who help save homes.

Why is our service so important?
First,
we help to save homes from foreclosure.  This is important to every homeowner.
Second...if someone loses their home, their credit is ruined and they won't be buying a home for quite some time.  Every homeowner who goes through foreclosure or bankruptcy is another loss for the Real Estate Industry.  It is imperative that we help to save homes, as it helps keep the Real Estate Industry moving in the right direction.  Every home loss is a huge step in the wrong direction.  It has been predicted that more than 10 million people may lose their homes...that will hurt the Real Estate Industry tremendously.

We hope to educate Professionals in the Real Estate Industry in regards to our services & hopefully, working together, we can help to save as many homes as possible.  Those who want to know more, or who may have an interest in joining our team can contact me for more info.

As a professional Stager, I help Realtors make money faster and thier clients happier then they would be without staging.

LOL.

That's my tweak on the tired phrase:  I help people hold on to more of their equity and sell their homes faster than they could without staging.

Oh, you know I am mystified at how you come up with these out of the box thinking things that are EXACTLY what so many of us feel and want to say (but never would of come up with THAT example).  You make me smile every day!

Oh, I guess you are the moderator so this is ok to say.

Together with my partner, Kym Hough, Stager Extraordinaire, we started THE resource for professional home stagers, homeowners and realtors to buy stage sell inventory and support services like ASK the expert, Stagers ONLY, original art pieces and staging tools, staging props, and sooo much more planned for every quarter.  Check us out.

WE love the staging business and see it from the stager's side of the fence, but our focus is YOU the professional stager as the expert in your area about what your clients need.  SO our site is taylored to your demographic with your help, NO vendor or supplier can be on our site without you, the stager recommending them.  YOU HAVE CONTROL.   We want YOU to succeed and thus we will succeed.

WE are passionate about our work and this is a compliment to our staging work.  We are so excited.

Gregory, your job sounds interesting, to say the least. I bet you and your team are quite busy these days. I see your headquarters are here in Arizona; are you too? Thanks for stopping in and letting us know more about what it is you DO.

Yvonne, You asked so....

At Asheville Stagers, We help our clients in preparing the presentation and merchandising of their property to be placed on the market. The presentation covers the step by step walk of the "potential buyer" and to insure that what they see, feel, hear and notice is positive and showcasing an asset or feature of the home. Merchandising is preparing the look of the home to present the best possible condition and welcoming product (property)

The home owner, listing agent and Asheville Stagers are the  answer to today's real estate market!

Thanks for asking and I  love how your brain works! Leslie

Michelle, LOL you are right! We do need to turn loose of some of the tired old phrases. Perhaps stale would be the word. Thanks for putting a grin on my face and for commenting!

Cool Leslie! First -- it is fun that you like my little circus. Second, how nice that you jumped in with the great explanation of what it is you do. You are correct! Along with the home owners and real estate agents in your area YOU are the answer to making a property stand out above its peers!

Good morning Yvonne!  What do I do?  Well, I do a bunch of stuff.  Mostly I help Linda manage her business, a business that successfully helps homeowners, Realtors and Builders increase the marketability of the properties that they sell.  I do other stuff but we won't go into that right now.

Hi Yvonne!  I spoke today to 140 agents about staging.  I read your posts and changed my entire presentation-thank you!  I focused on what I do that differentiates me from the competition just like staging a home does.  You are a tremendous asset on this site,  Have you considered traveling and training??

Hey Cathy! You have just made me so excited! How cool that you were able to speak to so many agents at the same time. That had to have been a lot of fun! Yes, we have thought about traveling and coaching. I think that would be a blast! I wonder what it costs to wrap an RV? :)

Kym, somehow I know what you mean. Isn't it always the busy times when the state decides to allow you the privilage of deciding the fate of others? You probably had much more fun doing the run, run, running in your clients house. Thanks so much for taking time to stop in here!

Yvonne,  Well - you are creative in more ways than one.. Obviously, I am not as quick as the other talented folks here.. It may take me a while to come up with what I really DO... For now, I will say that I have great fun playing in other people's homes, making them beautiful and SOLD in record time !!!   WHAT a Blessing !!

Each project is exciting and different, it's so much fun, (hard work), but fun to watch it come to completion.  Great hook for consumers in your post!

Cheryl, you are too quick thinking. You have all the right components. That is cool. I wonder if you are related to our son-in-law John Gilliam who lives in Tennessee.

Cindy, yes, one of the things I love most about staging is that each project is different. Sometimes it is the hard work which keeps us planted firmly on the ground concerning what it is we do, why we love it and why we will continue to press on. Good hooks are sometimes elusive so I'm glad you like this one!

I recently heard of a new niche:  "home tweaker" - -this is an initial consultation before the "big staging" event. Always a new angle!

Home tweaker? Interesting. You know Ann, you are right -- there is always a new angle. What do you think about "furniture and accessory engineer"? Naw, that is just silly! Thanks for the comment!

Hi Yvonne,

Now I like that....'Furniture and Accessory Engineer', I really do!

I guess I'm sticking w/ Home Stager, Room Redesigner, Property Stylist, Custom Floral Designer, and sometimes a bit of psychology thrown in. Hey how about this one, Home Presentation Whiz?

Yvonne- I love what you do- How does one become the administrator of an exclusive home display and merchandising firm?    Well, I guess that is a whole "nother" blog!

For now I have to agree with Cynthia B

You know Cynthia, we could work on it a bit and it might fly. :) I don't know. What do you think about "master home display engineer"? Or what about "structure merchandising afficianado"? Oh, I better stop or it could get real bad!

Hey Marci my tall southern friend! What is happening out your way? As for how one becomes the administrator of an exclusive home display and merchandising firm - well, you know, you work hard and proclaim the truth to the world about you. :) I do like Home Presentation Whiz!
