I put a property under contract today. Yes, that's right... today. My buyers have sold their property out of state, and needed to buy.
So, this buyer, even with the uncertainty of today's market... felt comfortable writing an offer.
But as icing on the cake... this is the text I just received as soon as we got our offer accepted.
It's not the money (wait, yes... don't get me 
wrong... I love the money)... but this is why I get out of bed each day... to make my clients happy.
I love helping my buyers buy, and my sellers sell. And if/when they actually appreciate what I bring to the table... well, there's that icing on the cake I was talking about.
