"Love Beyond Walls"
In 2004, Terence Lester decided to do something about the condition of the homeless people in Atlanta. He created a 401(c)3 charity called Love Beyond Walls. His dream is to expand the group's programs from here to the rest of the country. His efforts have included the Dignity Museum and serving meals to feed the homeless as well as clothing distribution and hygiene kit distribution for the homeless people in Atlanta.
Now in 2020, in response to the dangers of the COVID-19 pandemic, Love Beyond Walls is distributing portable sinks to give homeless people a place to wash their hands.
Each sink costs $100 to purchase and assemble. Donation info ...
On March 25, 2020, Terence Lester explained the LOVE SINKS IN project on YouTube. He is a person who puts his actions behind his words.
Love Beyond Walls volunteers work daily to lessen the COVID-19 transmission among homeless people. Social distance is possible in our homes but when one lives on the street or under a bridge, the niceties of social distancing are difficult.
One person can make a huge difference in our world.
Listen to Terence Lester who has united people from all over Atlanta and helped them to understand the plight of the homeless on the streets. Why not give someone you love a gift of a sink? You may donate a sink online in their honor to Love Beyond Walls. Or if you prefer to mail a donation, you may send a check or money order to Love Beyond Walls, 3270 East Main Street, College Park, GA 30337.
Terence Lester's devotion to the homeless and his washing station idea interested Lecrae, the American Christian hip-hop recording artist, songwriter, actor and record producer. He recently donated fifteen sinks to get the project going in downtown Atlanta.
Terence Lester is working to change the world for the homeless in Atlanta. What he calls his "small act of compassion" has received recognition around the country and the world - Watch and Listen.

Call us at 404-939-2727 for a LIVE video tour of any home.
We always offered private live video tours so our experience makes it easier for us to show homes now. We want to protect our Buyer Clients during the Search process while all of us reduce contacts to confront the spread of COVID-19. You stay at home, direct the tour as I walk around. After the virtual tour, when you are ready, give me a call to visit the home and walk around by yourself. All the best, Lynn - 404-939-2727
