Shelter In Place A Thought Hmmm

If you had known about the shelter in place one or two years ago,

where would you be living?

shelter in place

Would you have bought a home, would you have sold your house, would you still be renting, would you be in a condo?

Would you have moved to your forever home, would you have moved to your retirement home, would you have moved to be closer to the family?

Yes, there is plenty of pondering for this question.

Is this the right time to get your home ready to move?

With the extra time staying in, you could start the needed repairs, toss out what is not required, remove that wallpaper and paint that extra room.

You could be talking to your Realtor® and find out what your home's worth.

Morning Margaret.

No ma'am, I don't believe we would be anywhere else than where we are now.

Good morning, Margaret... funny that you should raise this question... until we moved to Charlotte in 1998 I always lived in apartment-style living. And I was just thinking about what our exposure would have been if we were still living in our coop in NYC at the epicentre of this pandemic.

What we are seeing is large numbers of people leaving large apartment complexes to either rent or buy a single family home.

I told my husband - when this is all over, whether we're moving or not, I want my house so clean I could put it on the market LOL

I'd still live right here.  I have a ten year plan for a new home, maybe even 15 year, but when I built this one in 2002 I loved it and still do.
