On March 19, 2020 California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values up 1.2% to the price of $329,000 in February of 2020 from price of $325,000 in January of 2020, and rose 10.3% from price of $298,250 in February of 2019. While, homes sales fell 3.8% in February of 2020 from in January of 2020, but jumped 9.6% from February of 2019 in San Bernardino County, California.
There were 4.1 months supplies of available inventory of homes in February of 2020 gained from 3.9 months in January of 2020, but dropped from 5.2 months in February of 2019. An average it took 45.0 days to sell a home in February 2020, higher from 43.0 days in January of 2020, but declined from 56.0 days in February of 2019, in San Bernardino County, California.
