With my birthday wish last month, my aunt sent me the picture above. I remember that little boy and he definitely had a fun childhood. Such a fun cake my Mom made me and I am wearing clothes that she made me!

Cute, cute picture, Brian! I love that you remember your Mom sewed the outfit you were wearing. She must have been a remarkable seamstress. That was one of my passions when I was growing up - I loved to sew!

My mother couldn't sew on a button but, my best friend's Mom sewed all of her 4 girls' clothes. I was always mesmerized with her talent and tried so hard to emulate her...until I went to college and had no time to sew!

Love the wonderful memories one picture conjures up. Thanks for sharing...and bringing back memories for your readers too!
