Have you been here? Wish I could have spent more time sightseeing. Maybe, next time. This is a beautiful city to visit.

What a great two days! I had not been to downtown Philadelphia before, but, thanks to Brian Buffini, I had the opportunity. The airport is huge, compared to our airport in Hartford. Short ride got us to the hotel in about thirty minutes. Hotels surround the convention center, which really worked out well for all of the attendees. The weather was super hot, 98 but, we were really indoors for most of the day. Buff rocked! We knew he would, that's why we come from all over to listen to his latest ideas and good tips on our market and profession. Seriously, people from Toronto, Canada, Denver, CO, Ocala, FL, Springfield, MA, Phoenix. AZ, Delaware, Baltimore, MD, Cary, NC, West Virginia, Virginia, Rhode Island, Saratogo Springs, NY, and yes, Pennsylvania, too! If you were there and I missed your home state, let me know! These people are serious about improving their business and their lives. We did get our good stuff filled up to the overflowing state. Brian had statistics (recent ones) that will be a benefit to our clients. We learned if we were motivators or facilitators. Kevin Buffini spoke to us about out Heritage Profiles and how to utilize our strengths and improve our weaknesses.

Day One, PM - The Clubnet Mixer offered a wonderful chance to meet and speak to our members. The room was packed and full of new enthusiasm and promise. Laughter and good wishes were heard as you walked around the room. I met new friends, found that I have some things in common with them.

Day Two - We were taught to do the "hustle". Yes, up on our feet, dancing away!

There were breakout sessions for Brokers & Managers. Rick DeLuca gave his best information to the Brokers and the managers to assist their business in helping their agents in this market. Everyone was thrilled with the information he gave to them. The Mentor Lunch gave us the opportunity to mix it up with shared ideas that we have learned teaching the 100 Days to Greatness Course. I was fortunate to meet some good folks from Toronto, Canada, Maryland and California, MD (yes, that is the town's name) at my table. It was so good! Thank you to the team for offering us this time together
Brian was saying, do you know why I love to come to Philadelphia? A lady directly behind me yelled, Cheesesteaks! Brian just lost it!
At the end of the session, we are traditionally, given the Irish Blessing from Buff! It was an amazing two days! Hope you find time to get to an event, believe me, it was so worth the trip! That's a statue of William Penn on the top of the building!
ps, I took the Amtrak Train back to the airport. It worked out really well, right near the Convention Center and the hotels, it was 20 minutes to the airport, great for the budget ($6.00) and I felt like a kid, train ride!!!
It's a Good Life!
Lots of good places to go for eats, too! Only a minutes walk away!
Thanks for sharing..I'm now taking the Buffini 100 days to greatness class and so far I'm loving it...
