For the last couple of years after I close a transaction I immedialtly send out a survey.  This survey ask some very direct questions regards to performance, the lender experience and referrals.  Some people fill them out and some don't. If they don't I send them again and then in most cases I get it back.  Today I received the most wonderful survey of them all. My clients were so delighted with my performance and put it into wiriting and gave me permission to use it as a testimonal.  It is this wonderful input that motivates me most to keep helping the community making their real estate dreams come true.  It just made my day!!!
