I have the most gorgeous home for sale on 1.88 acres with a 3300 square foot home. It is situated in the country. The Capay Valley. Awesome views of the Blue Ridge Mountain in a wonderful community. It has been for sale for over 6 months. It is now priced at $649,000. We know it is not the price it is priced great. What can I do to obtain and agent with a buyer or just a buyer. We have tried everything. So if it is not the price it is the location. It is a bit of a commute to town (30 miles). Let me know your thoughts of getting this home out into the world. I am a firm believer that there is a buyer for every home. This is a very unique listing and requires a very unique buyer.
Have you created a Postlet for this property? If so, you can syndicate it to multiple sites including Craigs List, Trulia, Zillow, etc. How about a virtual tour? If you have one, advertise the tour everywhere. If you have an enhanced membership on Reatlor.com, you will generate more interest if the property has a virtual tour, scrolling text, marketing remarks, etc. Do you have a personal website? If so, are you advertising that? Open Houses? Broker's Open? Print media?
There are tons of ways to market it...of course, it would be a good idea to know what works and what doesn't work well in your marketplace first...
Considering you didn't include any pictures or information about the property in your post, I am wondering what type of marketing you have in place?
