It is a Buyers market in Central bucks. There are great buys in 55plus communities. I looked up the multiple listing this evening and looked for homes priced between 300k and 600k.

There are homes in Meridian Valley Square in Warrington. They have new construction as well as a resale for $429,900.

There is one home in Yorktown in Warwick township. It is a 2 bedroom townhouse for $345,000.

There are a few homes in Heritage Creek Estates in Warwick. There is a 2 bedroom 2 bath single for $399,900.

In Warrington they have new construction at Villas of Lamplighter Village and also a resale.

There are a few homes in Legacy Oaks in Warrington. There is a 3 Bedroom single for $393,900. It does not have a basement.

If you would like to buy a house in any of the above mentioned communities, you have to be atleast 55 years old.
