I agree with Kathy Streib and always want to choose to be positive over being negative. Laughter to me is usually the best medicine!

I am in the I want to laugh every day camp. No doubt this is a serious time for the whole world but given the choice of smiling or having a light chuckle or moping around with a long face, I will always opt for a good belly laugh.
We all need to find something every day that gives us a good laugh or makes us smile.
Laughter has its health benefits as well. It lowers our blood pressure, releases endorphins, reduces stress, and much more.
I know that for me when I’ve been truly down I could always count on one small joke or video or funny scene in a movie that could make me laugh to elevate my mood.

My suggestion...allow yourself to smile or laugh about something. No one has to know. But when you do...remember that moment and how good you felt.
It may be for only a moment but let those moments add up.
Allow yourself to laugh! It won’t diminish what’s going on but it sure can help us get through this journey.
