Hello Paula - The ways we can become stronger and stay stronger varies - there are endless possibilities and finding the right balance is always important.  In all aspects of who we are.  It's not just about surviving but thriving.   

We are both doing well. Living life in the moment really helps us tremendously. I do know everyone reacts to stress differently, but there are so many tools we can use to better cope.

This situation is messing with all our heads to some degree.  We each need to figure out how to make it work for us, don't we?

Hopefully, we take away some lessons from this crisis and take action to be able to cope with anything similar in the future. Who would have thought such a crisis would ever be as critical as this one? What impact has this crisis affected your business and what can you do to sustain your business and lifestyle if another crisis occurs?

Use your mental acumen to create alternatives, adopt productive business strategies with less expenses and more profits so that it could be reinvested to increase liquidity of your personal assets to sustain a prolonged crisis.  

The longer this pandemic lasts, the stronger we must be as individuals and with family and friends to adapt our routines, help others, lean on each other for emotional support.

This is a beautiful post - I love your suggestions to ease up on expectations and showing grace, and considering who we can bless today with a personal gesture.

What a wonderful post, Paula, with some great suggestions for us all. We have all been impacted in ways we never could have predicted.

I'm finding it emotionally draining to stay positive and it's frankly leaving me exhausted.

I love it, Paula! I'm doing my part to keep positivity flowing and, there are certainly a lot of people who need it. Reaching out to them and doing something thoughtful can surely help.
