This is a public auction, the home is open for any and all inspections by appointment only.
Auction Date: April 18th, 11:00 AM
Only Registered Bidders and their agents will be allowed Onsite the day of the auction.
Registered Bidders Must have $10,000 Earnest Deposit Available.
Orange Traffic Cones will be placed onsite 6' to 10' apart, each registered bidding must align themselves near a cone during the bidding portion of the auction.
No More Than 10 people will enter the home at one time. As with any activity entering the home could put you at risk of Covid-19 and you should enter at your own risk.
Real Estate is Deemed Essential Business in Tennessee, Our Auction will be carried out with precautions according to CDC guidelines and as ordered by Gov. Bill Lee.
