Real estate agents all use traditional internet sites to sell real estate, but innovative agents need to think out of the box. I have been posting my listings on craigslist and zillow and receiving a ton of hits. It would be great to be able to tell if any of the actual buyers came from these sites. They are free and they are add'l marketing - why wouldn't I advertise your home on them?

Craigslist is a great place to put your listings. You now can even paste vflyers into the site.
