I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 14 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 2 traditional detached homes. 8 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional condos, 3 traditional town homes & 4 traditional detached homes. 1 homes closed; 1 traditional detached homes. There are 5 homes coming soon. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
