Homes Are Out There At Bottom Prices

Properties are flying off the market in the Twins Cities area. It seems every home that is priced well that I call on or show is getting multiple offers. These homes are selling fast because they are price great! Some buyers are still on the fence thinking prices are going to come way down. The fact is that there are a lot of homes on the market at bottom prices.

Sure there are many over priced homes that aren't selling. Don't look at those homes. Look at the homes that are priced well. They are selling. Its funny how people are shocked that homes are selling. There are a lot of great deals out there. So if you are a buyer on the fence, its a great time to get into the game.

Chuck, I agree that there are a lot of great deals out there, even if the buyers are competing, going over the asking price is still a deal

Great news in your area! We have it good here in Central Kentucky too. Last month was my best month EVER in sales. Finally all my marketing and connections are getting me referrals! Good deals are there for buyers right now.

I've been trying to explained to the "fence sitters" that even if prices dropped another 5%, even a small increase in interest rates would eat the difference. Act now or look back and wish you had.

Yes you are right chuck. A great time to buy real estate when the market is down, rates are very good. Buy low, hold onto your properties and wait for it for its price to go up!
