Thankful Thursday...The Man Can Do Most Anything!
Yes, I admit to a certain bias when talking about my husband, Larry. But in so many cases it’s warranted.
My mini-me asked if Uncle Larry would build her a squirrel feed like the one she saw somewhere on the internet. She sent him a picture and in two days it was done.
Larry is a perfectionist so the picnic table was stained and coated to protect it from the elements.
We went to my niece’s house yesterday to hang the feeder on the fence and watched as my mini-me came to the door with a huge smile on her face. She wanted to run out to see it and hug us but sadly social distancing is the law of the day!
As soon as we left, her mother told us that she’d been staring out the window waiting for a squirrel.
We’re so happy that JK has in interest in animals. Today I’ll be dropping off a pair of pink (of course) binoculars at her doorstep!
