BEWARE of GO Zone Pitfalls!

I live in Jackson, Mississippi--three hours north of the Gulf Coast. Jackson is in the GO Zone.

The GO Zone is having a very different impact on the Jackson area than was originally anticipated. In some ways, it is downright WEIRD.

Great article John! I didn't realize that Hinds county was in the GO Zone. I've heard about it, but never really thought it was that far North.

Very interesting about Madison trying to outlaw rentals! Ha! That gal doesn't fool around does she? I do love Madison and the areas in the "country" between Madison and Canton. One of my sisters is building a home out there.

Good luck to the Gulf Coast this summer. I live in FL now and I hope we have another quiet summer like the last two.
