Yesterday I was on a conference call hosted by our State Real Estate Board, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR). They have now strongly suggested No Open Houses. There are now 2 or 3 new Covid-19 forms. Closings are allowed with no SMOKE/CO inspections as Fire Depts. have suspended those inspections. Now the Buyer is responsible for those inspections after the close. Now onto the other part of today's blog...

I think the world's people are doing anything they can to stay SANE in the C-19 Coronavirus world. I took a break from what I was doing and decided to look at YouTube for COVID-19 Coronavirus covers and original works. (Am I going insane?...lol) I happen to come across one that, as my grandmother used to say, tickled my fancy.

I hope you are all well and safe! Soon, we'll be back to normal distancing and social gatherings soon. JUST REMEMBER --- Normal is just a setting on your dryer.

You know what I wish? I wish they would STOP giving us body counts and start telling us how many are surviving this virus. Good news...our Town Planner was just released from a 1-week stay at the hospital. He's now quarantined for another 14 days, but at home. I keep you all in my prayers AND I predict Real Estate sales will be fine. Hope you enjoyed the video.

It's funny about different expressions. MY grandmother was from England and she had another expression she used that always raised eyebrows. She'd yell it out "Keep your pecker up!" Talk about double takes...lol It means something like stay or be happy.
