I love using the crock pot, quick and easy!

16 C. sliced apples-any kind you want-peeled or unpeeled

1/2 C. brown sugar

3 Tbs. minute tapioca

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Layer half of sliced apples, sugar, tapioca, and cinnamon in crock pot. Repeat with 2nd layer.

Cover and cook on high 4hrs, or on low 5hrs.

Stir before serving-enjoy hot or cold!
