1 diced onion

8 oz pkg fat-free cream cheese-cubed

2 15oz cans low-fat vegetarian chili

2 tsp garlic salt

1 1/2C. salsa

This sounds delicious.  I have to say, there are not a lot of vegetarian things to cook in the crock pot.   I will definitely try this one.  Thanks!
