How soon to kick in Marketing again?

I am not the marketing guru sometimes like so many people here in the Rain (Barbara Todaro is one)  with our Governor closing down showing homes till April 27 for us. I cut marketing for the time being and looking to Start it up again around April 23 to work expires in our area again.  But what if the Governor puts another hold on showing homes again.  

I am trying to figure out the best way to do it the get the most bang for the bucket.  Any suggestions!

I have continued to market even while there is a shelter in place order. I have two listings coming on the market in the first part of May...

Hi Will Hamm, don't stop marketing now. I wouldn't do any direct mail at this time as many are not even bringing mail into their homes. Keep digital marketing going. People are bored, they're on the computer a lot.

I think just reaching out to clients and being yourself, checking in with them making sure they are OK will go a long way to staying top of mind. People don't always want a selling message, especially when they are frightened or scared, but want to know you care. Then on top of that do what you always do.

I am not a pro marketer either, but I would never shut it down.  My marketing is in my blog posts, my social media, etc. and it is an everyday activity.

I wouldn't stop marketing Will Hamm maybe instead change and adapt it to the current situation, but always be present to catch new clients.

Thanks for the advice Tammy,  The Governor in our state will let us start showing homes April 27 so just mail to a Renter complex today!
