I am contemplating having "Open House" on a Bank Owned Property or regular Resale....I work in Southern California and our market in the Inland Empire is still fluctuating downward....so not alot of people are purchasing yet, unless the "deal" is unbelievable, or unless they have to.

Just wondering if anyone is having good luck with their Open Houses?  How so?  Getting other Sellers?  Buyers??  Which or both??

....I would be particularly interested in this if you are in a downward turning marketplace still where Buyers are afraid to buy since they could end up losing money on their investment in the next 6 months.

Thank You!!

Todd,

I strongly believe "Open Houses Sell Houses".  Check out my web-site that I developed www.HomesByOpenHouse.com  I have about 50 active listings of local real estate professionals.  This service is free.

Let's get together for coffee or lunch to discuss strategies.  I specialize in Open Houses.

Wishing you "A successful OPEN HOUSE"
