Damon, I have seen Nehemiah and America Dream being used around here, but have not heard of Keys for Less.

USDA should be everbody's first look. If the property and income work it can't be beat. 102%, no credit score, no monthly MI. A true make sense loan. This loan needs to have all properties eligible and maybe, just maybe the mortgage mess we are in can start healing. As for now, the next 6 - 12 months will be unlike anything we have witnessed before. Strap on your seat belts!!!
