ME: With all the Non-QM lenders on pause, how are you even in business?
Caller: My company does lend hard money but that's limited so MY business is pretty much gone and that's why I'm calling you.

Caller: I do! I worked for (big bank) for over 10 years prior to this and I've kept up on guidelines to know why my borrowers would need to go the Non-QM route.

Caller: There are! Do you have a branch close to us?
ME: Our branches can hire remote LO's no matter where you're located, you don't have to be in their state. I'll contact a few.
Caller: Tell them I'm anxious to get going! I can start tomorrow! I do have leads!
