My uncle sent me this picture last week and wondered if I would help my aunt purchase her dream home.  I love the picture and really enjoyed seeing that they were getting out and enjoying nature.  What do you think, could it become a dream home with a little TLC?

Our youngest son always looked at run down homes, and we always called them Simon Specials, he did end up buying a home that required extensive work and rehab, but it is on its way to being a lovely home. I think this too with the right touches could be a lovely home for someone.

I have a lot of respect for someone that is able to purchase a home and remodel or renovate it themselves Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 which is definitely a great investment if someone is handy enough to do the work themselves.

He has done much of the work himself with help from family and friends, now they will get someone else to finish off the rest of the work.

There might not be much that passes inspection on this home Lottie Kendall and I might even advise that having an inspection done would be a waste of time and money, haha.
