There are about 64,000 residents in the Town of Parker, and Main street is a fun place to dine or enjoy the retail outlets.
If you are looking to buy a home in Parker, there is quite a variety of price points. You can buy a condo or a multi-acre ranch outside the city limits, yet just a few minutes into town. Here is what happened in the market this past month.
Sales for March 2020
151 homes sold ranging from $335,000 to $1,827,000 (up from 120 sold last month)
Average days on market - 30 days (up from 43 last month)
Average sales price was $534,000
Sellers saw 100% to list price
These homes were built from 1972 to new builds (2020)
The highest sale was in Colorado Golf Club, and sold for $2,800,000. This home is on 5.92 acres, is a custom home built in 2009, has 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and a 4-car garage. The home has 13,239 total square feet and was on the market for a total of 8 days.
We are still seeing quite a few homes coming on the market, with the suggestion of Facetime or Virtual Tours versus the actual viewing of the home, to keep with the social distancing and stay at home orders. The "stay at home" order is set to expire on 4/26, and we will again be able to conduct "in-person" showings with caution. (no open houses)
