7 homes sold in Hunter Oaks in the 1st quarter of 2020, three fewer than in the same period one year ago. Both average and median home sale prices were up compared with the 1st quarter in 2019. Average sale price was $468,143; the median sale price was $465,000.
Hunter Oaks homes took 35 days to sell on average, a decrease of 43 days compared with the 1st quarter of 2019. On average, sellers received 98.81% of list price in sale price during the 1st quarter 2020.
In the 1st quarter, the number of new listings were essentially flat compared with the same quarter one year ago at 11 new listings (one less than in the previous year).
At the end of the 1st quarter, two homes was listed for sale in Hunter Oaks and there were no homes under contract. For a community with some 1,000 homes, inventory was and remains razor thin.
