By realizing how I related to my beliefs, my relationship with the customers, the market and the environment; I learnt to deal with situations which otherwise would have sent me towards a completely different outcome.
I learnt to LISTEN, I learnt to ASK the right questions, I learnt to SEE, HEAR and FEEL my customer and how he or she SEES, HEARS and FEELS towards his property or his goal. And by learning this process I was able to empathize, pace and lead my customer to a successful outcome:
