I feel lucky that I live in an area that is blessed with plenty of sunshine year-round. Even during this time while we are sheltering in place, we should still be getting out for some fresh air and sunshine. Even if it is just in our own backyard or walking to the mailbox. I haven't been getting out much, but I have been playing some tennis and taking an occasional hike. I feel that we can social distance while still getting exercise and sunshine, right?

Sunshine is very valuable to health. It helps our immune system, and it helps the body to properly absorb outher vitamins introduced to it. I've been trying to get at least 20 to 30 minutes a day of it, in recent days.
