Have to laugh

Received a call the other day on one of my rental listings..

No one had given the caller the time of day. After speaking with him 2 and 1/2 minutes he told me that he currently owned a home and that it was getting ready to expire (30 day listing). 3 days later and a buy and sold side...I work every lead I can..You just never know.

Good for you. I learned that with other websites I belong to that aren't even real estate related. You never know where you'll find that next buyer or seller.

In these days of do not call list and buyer agency , if someone gives you their name and number, work with them or give a referral. You never know which lead will be good.
