Since I shared in my previous post today, the tub with the vineyard view, I thought it would only be fair to show you the vineyard view, (pictured above). The vines had just started leafing again, and in another month they would bud! By late September through October they would picked and the 2019 wine would start aging...

beautiful photo.... I bet those grape leaves are very tender..... thinking like an Armenian!!! stuffed grape leaves.... June 26 is the ideal time to pick the leaves....

Barbara Todaro My mother made marvelous stuffed grape leaves. One has to use table grape leaves, rather than wine grape leaves that serve as a canopy for those grapes that are not ready to be harvested until fall to late fall depending on the varietal. We will be seeing table grapes late May/June at the Farmers Market.

we don't have wine grapes here, so I can't go wrong.... those who have grape vines in their yard are the ones I use.... the smaller ones.... and they are tender at the end of june....
