23 Comments on Town-home sits UNSOLD for 7 months... THEN SELLS JUST 2 DAYS AFTER STAGING
Beautiful, Craig. Awesome job, and more testimony to the advantages of staging.
Jeff
Great story. 2 days is remarkable. I'm going to find a good staging person in my area. Thanks.
Here, here Craig! I so agree with the concept of staging. We also had a Vacant Condo sit for months even though it was totally renovated. Did our best to impress upon the Seller that they needed to bring some furnishings in but they weren't interested. We must get better as an Industry on making Sellers aware of the difference. I'll be bookmarking this post for reference. Thanks!
Craig - beautiful.
- Is that your inventory?
- How long did it take for your 3 gals to stage it?
- Once the unit sells, can you remove your furnishings immediately?
- Do you have a minimum charge for something like this when it sells so quickly?
- Can you share what you charged for a 3 day stage?
ThanksCraig - Awesome transformation. Congrats.
I'm curious as to Sheron's questions also.
It doesn't surprise me that after staging the house it sold. I'm convinced staging is a good thing and I would recommend staging to any seller .

Once again, Craig, you've done an outstanding job!!! I can sit and stare at "before" and "after" pictures for hours, yours and several others on AR.
Kudos to you!
Kathy
Craig.... that's awesome. And I'll tell you what, from looking your pictures, I would buy it also. I like that kind of look, the floors...space and the furniture and stuff.
Now, on another note.... not sure if this is the place to ask, but how much would something like this cost? If this is not a good place to ask, please delete my question and just e-mail me.
Overall.... I remember just 3 years ago, when stagging in my area just started to sprout up a little. Again, great job and thanks for sharing.
I have to ask - is this place haunted? Was there a death on the property? (One of the photos looks like there is at least one "orb" in it.)

Craig,
Your photos are awesome! Thanks for a great post.
Craig,
Thanks for the post. I am certainly sold on the benefits of staging. The introduction of stagers is part of my valued added service.
Craig
Thanks for convincing me to do something that is as proven as you have artfully demonstrated. I was so stubborn for so long. It is worth every penny to make the property as atractive as possible. Your demonstration has just saved me a bunch of $. Thanks again.
