While Shelter-In-Place has wreaked havoc with many people's food diets, May 6 is an official day to suspend self-judgment as it's officially "No Diet Day".
In the past, this blog has featured naughty yummy food holidays such as "National Doughnut Day", "Ice Cream Day" and "Chocolate Day". So on May 6th, whatever one's personal favorite food is, permission is hereby granted to enjoy it-without guilt-for at least one day.
Whether it's candy, bacon or pizza May 6th is that rare once-in-a-year "free pass" from food guilt, so celebrate "No Diet Day".
