Where are the leads at? If only you were handed 20 live leads a day when you walk into the office this morning. So do you have the idea I am looking for? I love working with 1st time buyers and anyone who wants to listen to me.

Flyers ....on cars....in apartment complexes for your first time home buyers.

It would be nice to work in an office where leads were handed out at period! I work from my home because I don't care for office politics or just plain clicks. I also love to work with buyers and living in a Air Force Base town there are many 1st time home owners. That being said, my mentor taught me "You List, You Live". My suggestion to you is to work the internet hard by keeping a good website and blog and add to that the old pressing of the flesh by getting out and active in your community. As you may see from some of my blog entries I am active with Habitat for Humanity. Working with other volunteers, shoulder to shoulder, pounding nails makes for some good networking. I have also sought out some other clubs in the community that do not have a dozen Realtors as members, they are hard to find but they are out there.
