Here is the Current report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Michael Van Ruth. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 9.0 percent, new homes are up 6.6 percent and resale condos are up 7.9 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 10.5 percent, up 8.2 percent on condos and down 19.9 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 71.7 percent and the sales volume is up 76.9 percent
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 2.7 percent and the sales volume is up up 36.2 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 4.3 percent and the sales volume is up 28.3 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 12.5 and the sales volume is up 13.8 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 14.8 percent and the sales volume is up 3.5 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 20.8 percent and the sales volume up 37.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 17.3 percent and the sales volume is up down 11.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 5.7 percent and the sales volume is up 47.4 percent.
I'm back wow that was a long time away. We can see that the market is improving and I will show over the next couple of weeks that we are now moving up without the large down turn most thought would happen. We survived bening not being essential and we survived then being essential without open houses. It has been a ride. I hope you are all well and having a great year.
