Hey Ian- Sorry...wish we could help you but these sellers are relocating to the Quad Cities. We always keep you in mind if we hear of anyone moving down by you!! Hope all is going well. Lots of sellers here. Not too many buyers. We don't know why. It is a great time to buy!! There really are some great deals out there!! There is about 14 months of inventory in the Chicagoland area.
