Well, yes, I know that Memorial Day falls at the end of May but honestly, with children out of school, many businesses slowly opening up, and not everyone back to work, I totally lost track of time.

NASCAR started up this week much to Larry’s delight! I’m sure there are others who were just as happy to have some kind of sport back even if no one could be in attendance.
Racing is one of those sports that doesn’t necessarily need spectators in attendance. I loved seeing it because it’s a step towards getting back to where we need to be. It shows us that life does and will go forth.

Our temperatures are in the 90s and since this is Houston, it’s also very humid. If you enjoy being in a sauna, you have only to walk outside.
That being said, not sure how much outdoor grilling will be done this weekend.
