On Memorial Day Remember & Honor
Let's each of us pause for a moment today to honor the memories of those who have given their lives for our country and our cherished freedoms, as well as to reflect on the sacrifices made by the families of the fallen. On this Memorial Day, I hope each of us will take the opportunity to acknowledge their sacrifice, pay our respects and express our heartfelt gratitude.
In the words of President John F. Kennedy: "A nation reveals itself not only by the men it produces, but also by the men it remembers, the men it honors." Today, let's honor the brave men and women who gave all and families and loved ones left behind. And as we do so, let's remember our own commitments to live and serve with passion, joy and enthusiasm.
