I was really encouraged by the the fact that everyone is "stepping up to the plate," by guiding the process to your buyers first before entering the house using lawn chairs and explaining how safety factors takes precedence over rushing into a house unprepared and taking safe measures before the contract is written. This was a great discussion with the experts.
