I totally agree. You should update your photos. If the property is on the market through the seasons, change your photos with the seasons. Great point that all realtors needs to remember.
How true. This is June and their are still photos in our local area that have Christmas trees in them.
I had to laugh. The weather is the same in Ventura California all year. Only the length of the days change.
Definitely update those photos -- I have been looking at listings in Santa Fe and Albuquerque recently and I'm still coming across snow pictures.

Outdated listing photos don't say "desparation" to me. They say "lazy" or "don't care".
You are soooooo right. I see it all the time. Snow on homes on the MLS and it is June. Shame on them.
