It Has Been Very Tough to BE HAPPY.

The news can be very interesting to watch these days.  I do feel that we are being mislead by these folks who appear to be experts.  They may have a very educated, well paid opinion but EXPERTS?  I think not.  

When I wake up with the problems of the world looming down on my thoughts.  I return to my happy place.  I try to stay positive, protect those folks who are the closest to me and pray for the best.  

I need to do more research for the rest of the following quotation but it is a good start for the first day of a new month and a new day.

That sounds like a quote Ron and Alexandra Seigel would post, being present, in the now. I walked this morning and it always makes me smile to see the sun rising, and to hear the water gurgling and babbling over the stones in the creek. To see flowers blooming, or wildlife roaming makes it even better. Rain or shine the birds seem to sing regardless of weather reminding me there is always something to sing about.
