There was plenty of cause for celebrating this weekend. Historic milestones were achieved in Space. As one enthusiastic reporter stated, "we are about to become and interplanetary species!" Space travel is no longer a dream, it is evolving into a reality.
Do we need a cause for celebrating? We are of the opinion that there is plenty to celebrate on a daily basis. We do not need causes or reasons. By focusing on the present moment, we find that just being alive should be celebrated.
There is so much we take for granted in our daily lives. We have been thinking of that lately as our world is getting less restricted. All of a sudden, we are delighting in the mundane, like haircuts, dining out, and face to face conversations with strangers.
"Celebration is a kind of food we all need in our lives, and each individual brings a special recipe or offering, so that together we will make a great feast. Celebration is a human need that we must not, and can not, deny. It is richer and fuller when many work and then celebrate together."

"The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate."
~ Oprah Winfrey (extraordinary lady)
"Celebrate what you want to see more of."

"By celebrating what's right with the world, we find the energy to fix what's wrong."
