Darien home sales for the month of June decreased in volume by 6.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 1% from $321,250 to $324,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 23.5%, while the median sale price rose by 2.3% from $355,000 to $363,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 40%, while the median sale price decreased by 15% from $220,000 to $187,000.
