Hampshire home sales for the month of June rose in volume by 26.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 2% from $255,000 to $250,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 20%, while the median sale price rose by 6.6% from $282,500 to $301,250. Condo/townhome sales rose by 40%, while the median sale price decreased by 1.7% from $179,000 to $176,000.
