Montgomery home sales for the month of June decreased in volume by 6.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 6.5% from $207,500 to $221,000. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 4.7% from $239,800 to $228,495. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 28.6%, while the median sale price rose by 1.7% from $175,000 to $177,950.
