I have recently found out about a new commercial project in our area.  The Simon Property Group is planning to build a 1,000,000 sq.ft. shopping mall on the north side of I-10 in between 99 and Mason.  This mall will include a Macy's and Dillard's.  This is the same company that just built the large outlet mall on 290 near Cypress Landing. .   This goes to show Katy is one of the fastest growing areas in Houston.  I have attached a link for a link for the new mall called the Grand.   http://www.simon.com/about_simon/development/on_the_horizon.aspx
