In May some of my staff at BuyerTours and I got together to look at how to take business to the next level and looking at where the low hanging fruit is in our real estate business. Ultimately the real estate business is doing well and our agents are continuing to have more clients then they can work with while writing more deals then most other agents in the markets we compete, however growing a real estate company is sometimes like an exercise in herding cats...
That being said we decided to launch our new company Working The Magic LLC which is essentially another SEO company. We launched it because quite honestly it seems that in terms of Search Engine Optimization we actually know what we are talking about and we also know how to implement it. Those who have followed me will know that we have the top ranking websites on Google for the following markets, Bellingham Washington, Phoenix Arizona, Seattle Washington, Nashville Tennessee, Long Beach CA, Las Vegas NV and Portland Oregon. These sites are all owned by myself and yields a significant amount of real estate revenue for both the agents on the ground as well as our company, however it seems that sharing these insights through either running the SEO campaigns for other agents or providing coaching and consulting for agents in other markets where we are not competing or planning on completing makes a lot of sense.
