Well, weekend again; I just wanted to say hi to all you fellow real estate agents. 

I had a busy week and I was thinking about the business. It is a little tough out there, I do not like the banks, they do not want to give our buyers money, what can we do? Not much, right? 

I started selling real estate with a small company in Newport and I am back with them, it has been a year and I am very busy, I found that the way to stay busy is by prospecting often and more. 

The name of our company is PRo Newport Real Estate and we are a division of Public Relations of Newport. I had left this office and gone to Keller Williams but then I went back. 

I had a great experience with Keller Williams, I learned a lot but I did not want to work in the city, story short, I went back to my old office and it has been a year, now we are very busy.

For those of you that do not know where Newport is, it is a beautiful city by the water in RI (Rhode Island) It has several timeshare resorts. 

The timeshare business is what has allow me to get busy, we are the only office who handles that in the Island and it gets me in touch with many people from other states, some of them become buyers.
