Allen Texas continues to be a hot real estate market in 2008 for luxury homes. Total number of sales in down slightly but the average price point has continued to have more than modest gains the past 2 years.
Lost Creek Ranch is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Allen. YES, this is a shameless plug for a few of my listings in Lost Creek, but seriously - where else can you find this level of school district, this level of luxury homes, parks, recreation, swimming pools, jogging trails for under $500,000?
